एक पटक फाराम submit गरीसकेपछि पुनः सही विवरण हाल्दा समेत फाराम खुल्ने छैन । submit गरीसकेको फाराममा केही संशोधन गर्न आवश्यक भएमा विद्यालय प्रशासन / परीक्षा शाखामा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस् ।
